Software Engineer from Kolkata, India completed B. Tech in Computer Science Engineering having extensive knowledge of Data Science and Web development. I am passionate about my work. I love what I do and that allows me to push myself to learn new skills and take up new challenges.
Web Development
Passionate Full Stack Developer having experience in working with Front-end frameworks and technologies like Angular and Flask, MongoDB, Firebase, Sqlite and Node js. Created a number of personal projects and one internship application using Angular Framework. Also coupled my knowledge of Machine Learning with Web development to create and deploy Machine Learning Models on cloud based platforms like Heroku.
Machine Learning
Commited learner and enthusiastic about the domain of Data Science especially Machine Learning and Deep Learning. Having strong foundational mathematical background in probability, statistics and Theory of Learning. Completed various courses on the above topic both on-campus and online. Graded 99 percentile in NPTEL MOOC.

Efficient problem solver having good analytical abilities. Took part in various coding copmpetiitions. Rated 4 star at Codechef and 5 star in problem solving track at Hackkerrank.
Exploratory Data Analysis
Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) is a part of Data Science in which we try to derive insights with the help of various statistical modelling, preprocessing and data visualization techniques. I have used a variety of ML tools such as seaborn pandas to derive insights from the data allowing me to select Machine learning models efficiently.
Deep Learning
I have extensive knowledge about Artifical Neural Networks (ANNs), Backpropagation algorithm, Gradient Descent, Convolutional Neural Networks(CNNs), Transfer Learning, Autoencoders, Pattern recognition and Image proceessing. I have used all these concepts regularly in the models that I have built and deployed.
Web App development
Created a number of web based applications using Flask and Angular covering various domains. Created consumable Machine Learning Models that can be hosted on a cloud based platform and used via API endpoints.

Text Classification Model using IMDB Movie reviews
In this project I have used IMDB Movie reviews to train a model which classifies reviews into positive and negative reviews. This is a classic example of Binary Classification problem.
Generalized Backpropagation Algorithm: (Notebook)
A jupyter notebook containing implementation of the Generalized Backpropagation Algorithm for a Multi Layer Perceptron without using any Library along with Matrix equations.
